Rainy Day

Had big plans for at least part of the day but woke up to cool, rainy morning.
Have to take family member to appointment at noon so guess that will take up most of late AM and early PM.

We need the rain however, the flowers I planted day before yesterday look bright and perky and I'm sure the vegetables have all grown overnight.

This is a perfect day to read my new books so I will try not to feel as though it is a wasted day.
